HOW TO USE:
Lightly tap an Angled Spooly Brush into the Brow Powder Duo to pick up the product.
Using the angled end, apply the powder to your brows with short, light strokes for a natural finish.
Flip to the spooly end of the brush and blend with upward strokes to soften and blend the product seamlessly into your brow.
For areas with little to no hair, layer the powder to create a full, defined brow.
